A couple weeks ago I received an e-mail from sugarfree savory – a pralines company asking me if I want to try out their sugar free chocolate products. As you might know me by now I love the words chocolate and sugar free in one sentence because it means I might be able to indulge in them a little bit every once in a while.
After checking out their hompage and seeing some great taste variations like chai tea and champagne I was ready to tell them: Yes I want to try them and share my experience with you guys, my readers.
I, myself, am always on the hunt for products that let me still indulge into something delicious but don´t burst my diet and let me have crazy cravings like usual chocolate does to you.
I could now bore you with a lot of details about the products and tell you all the ingredients but for that I would recommend to you to read the homepage – sugarfree savory. All the details are on it and they can explain it way better than I could ever do it.
When I received their package I was pleasantly surprised because the presentation looks quiet expensive and I really like the beige and gold concept they have going. I received 8 different kind of praline to test as well as a bar of their chocolate. Included where:
Champagne: interesting taste, strong in the champagne flavor but has a little after taste
Pistachio Nougat: was interesting combination in the no sugar aspect but okay to eat
Mango: really fruity, tastes like real chocolate with fruit adding
Tonka: I got to know Tonka a couple years ago and was never a big fan but this chocolate praline changed it
Acai: I really love acai and acai bowls and this praline was no exception, great taste and I couldn’t that no sugar was involved
Chai – Ginger: the chai taste of this pralines was awesome, I like chai teas but the ginger gave it a little too much spice for my taste
Raspberry: really fruity, like the raspberry chocolate taste a lot
Matcha – Green Tea: sorry guys but me as a big Matcha critic found this one a little to strong in Matcha taste
My absolute favorites where Tonka, Raspberry and Mango, besides the chocolate goji berry chili bar. I really like fruits and here you can see it again. The chocolate bar was for me the highlight of the whole collection it was fruity and a little spicy as well, the perfect combination for my taste.
Over all I can really recommend those pralines to everyone who wants to cut out sugar and eat chocolate at the same time. If you want to buy the products and are one of the lucky ones to be in Graz, Austria go and find their store, if that isn´t possible for you go and check out their online store. With my code: get10vienista you get 10% off at the end of your checkout. Because I know as well that the pralines aren’t the cheapest and for some they are even a luxury product but for my healthy and some indulging nothing would be to expensive once in a while.
At this point I have to thank sugarfree savory and the owner Florian Orthaber again for the yummy pralines and the offer of the pralines. Here I have to mention that I did receive the products for free to taste them.
