sometimes when I’m bored at home I try something new, innovative and creative. I have those days once in a while I’m sitting at home and the urge overcomes me to cook and bake. Than I go into the kitchen, check the fridge and the pantry and try to think about what I can make to satisfy my urge.
If I have no idea right away or think about the same thing over and over again I turn to Pinterest and other foodblogger’s. When I get an idea what I want to make, the options are even bigger now. But to make a decision on one is easier than to find the idea sometimes because a lot of ideas seem yummy and tasty. That one day I’m talking about now I ended up making sweet sushi with Nutella and an Austrian twist.
Banana chocolate sushi
– 1 cup milk
– 1/4 cup water
– 1 egg
– 1 banana
– pint Nutella
Heat some oil in a pan and when the pan is hot pour some dough in it. Spread it with some moves of the pan. (Like a crepe) When golden brown turn over the crepe and wait until the other side is golden brown. When done place on a plate.
Now spread some Nutella on one of the crepes and add a small slice of the banana (thickness to your liking) and roll to a “sweet sushi roll”. Voila ready to serve.
I personally added a berry sauce. I cooked some frozen berries in a pan until soft and mixed them.
