finally I´m back home and I can´t wait to start sharing with you what is going on and how my projects are going. It feels great to be home and have family and friends around me, to talk to them, ask them and just know they are around.
Saturday morning I arrived back home and after sitting on an airplane for hours my muscles were tight and I had stiff joints. But I knew what I had to do to get rid of it. Since I started to workout on a regular base in June I knew which stretches and bends help me the most to open up my hips and chest as well as to stretch my back and legs. Follow the descriptions to these 5 great stretches and you will feel the difference. Easy to do in your hotel room or in every other spaces.
Crescent moon: Go into a lunge position and lower your back knee to the floor as well. Now grab the ankle from the back leg and pull it towards your booty. Hold it for 10-20 seconds. Let go and now sit back a little and pull your toes from the front leg towards your body. Repeat the same with the other leg.
Side bend: Go onto your knees and stretch one leg to the side. Raise your arms over your head and lower the arm on the same side as the stretched leg to the ankle and stretch the other one over your head. Hold the bend for 20-30 seconds and repeat it on the other side.
Child pose: Stay on your knees and lower your booty back onto your feet. Lower your torso onto your tights and place your forehead on the mat. Stretch your arms over your head.
Modified cobra: Begin by laying face down with your leg extended behind you. Make sure that your feet are laying flat on the mat as well – no toe tucking. Place your hands on the mat under your shoulders. Now try to lift up your shoulders and chest from the floor. Try not to press with your hands.
Forward bend with chest stretch: First interlace the fingers behind your back. Lift the arms so that the arms move away from your body and you feel a stretch in your chest. Bend forward from the waist and hold for 10-15 seconds.
