I know workouts aren´t just the same without music. Sometimes it can be hard to work up the motivation for the gym. To be honest with you there are days were I, myself struggle to get motivated for my workouts. Listening to some great pumped up songs before them transforms my non motivation into motivation. After that the easy part is the workout itself. But for those days were I still lack some motivation I have the perfect workout playlist. Put the earbuds in and lets go.

A little stretching routine never hurt anyone either. I personally think just plain stretches without music is super boring, that is why I love to add some music as well.
